The more senior you are (either fo or ca) the more likely you are to be able to drop in IOT, since IOT is done in seniority order. Once DOT starts it’s first come first served as far as dropping (or swapping/adding/etc). The reason it’s easier for Ca to drop right now is because we are short on fo’s not ca’s.
