I absolutely love the flexibility I have here at RPA. The TA is looking like it’ll pass and with that, the ability for senior FOs to bid No-Fly lines. This’ll allow more junior FOs to actually obtain a line sooner.
It’s anyone’s guess how the TA impact the pilot group from a flying standpoint, but the expectation from the company is that CA bids will increase significantly. Time will tell.
All that aside, RPA is amazing and has the best work rules out there. I definitely don’t regret coming to RPA and if I had to do it again, I’d try to get here sooner!

If you don’t mind also sharing, how many days trips tend to be? I’ve heard that Republic has shorter trips than other regionals
