It will be exactly how the bucket system is utilized. There will be zero transparency and no way to ensure the trip should have gone to you if you wanted it. Plus to be considered a true seniority system it would also have to have provisions like call me last rather than just call me first. It's a paper gain that in practice won't have much benefit for the pilot group. It's like our 1 hr pay for every 4.75 hours away from base trip rig. Or the 125% over 87 hours block. It rarely pays the pilots extra money.
