I'm not sure if I am reading that correctly or how those projections match with what actually happens, so hopefully someone could chime in and give you an answer and school me up at the same time. I am doubting my analysis a little as it looks like the 220 won't add anyone in that same time frame? stuck at 141 on the B side?
The 220 and 717 fleets are overstaffed, especially the 220. Lots of folks on the 220 barely flying on reserve - like, barely keeping landing currency.

Generally, in the next couple of years, I would expect the 320 to provide better seniority progression over the 737, mostly due to deliveries. The first 737 Max is set for delivery in 2025. As that ramps up, and the 321 NEO deliveries slow down to completion, that may/will change. Also, they are supposedly planning on opening a BOS 320 base in the next year or less, Individual bases/categories may be better/worse than others - it all just depends, and it's constantly in flux as to where. I wouldn't look at small differences in what widget seniority too closely. Like the old saying goes, measure with a micrometer, cut with an axe. The company has walleye vision and cuts with a dull axe... Good luck.
