That's ridiculous lol. So you drop your reserve and give up your minimum guarantee and then you go on the tradeboard / open time and pick up anything you see available? The more you encourage others to do that the less there will be for all of you. This simply isn't a sustainable model for the majority of FOs. You just clarified for prospective new pilots how dire the situation is for the pilots on property at Republic.
Although I guess if I was new I'd hope this pay raise goes through and then drop half my reserve and collect the same paycheck and have 21 / 20 days off a month depending if it's a 30 or 31 day month.
