I originally posted a similar message here with my complete name and contact information as I am a 25 year UAL Captain who is too old to care who knows my true identity. I am a former union rep and responsible for the 354 United pilots (including 12 terminated) who were put on indefinite, unpaid leave due to the violation of our Title VII and ADA Rights. Previously, I tried to post an innocuous inquiry so as to not disrupt your CJO thread. My post was removed by someone to whom I was told to appeal; however, my access to sending PM's is restricted due to my new status. (This system is not very user friendly, but I digress). The person who removed my post had no idea tow what I was referring. Therefore, since I cannot explain to the person who deleted the original post without cause, I am reposting with details to explain my intent. Suffice it to say, if this does not apply to you, please ignore.
Our organization is aware of many UAL CJO Pilots who applied for and received, or are in the process of receiving, Reasonable Accommodations (RAPs) in lieu of the CV-19 Shot. If you are one and would like to discuss your options, details on what to expect, and possibly some strategies, please reach out to me or my co-founder, Captain Laura Cox, via email:
[email protected] or you may call or text me personally at 936-727-0755
Most Sincerely,
Sherry Walker,
Captain 756 IAH
For the person who decided to remove this, please have the courtesy to call and explain why you are removing it; who it is harming; and what standard this is violating. We are a non-profit 501(C)4 comprised of 2000+ United employees. We have nothing to gain from anyone who contacts us. We merely choose to serve those in situations similar to our own. Besides, I have 354 UAL pilots who are always willing to answer any UAL specific questions on any subject, our organization not withstanding.
