Don’t you worry, we gave more concessions! Previously we only had premium rates of an extra 50%. The “green july” fiasco brought us a company flex to 100%. The idiots in the negotiating committee just introduced “variable premium” which adds in a third option of 75%.

So if the company was in that much of a bind that they had to flex past the 50% it would go to 100%. Now it will only go to 75%.

The negotiating committee updates at this point are more comical than anything else, as the offer keeps getting worse and worse. Oh well, more ammo for the inevitable shoot down of this garbage by either the BOD or membership.
