My biggest gripe is that section 25 is such an improvement and one of the best parts of the TA. However the reserve rules and total ARC compared to each RAP (flexibility) doesn’t kick in until 4/2024. That’s a year and a half, almost half the duration of the contract.
I reached out to my rep and asked about this. Kicks in next year, not 2024…. there are some reasons why, AND this is something the company would prefer to have sooner rather than later…. But…. I’m not a rep, so confirm with your rep.
