Not having an app review is basically a guarantee to not get a call. I’m happy to write recs for friends, but the first thing I ask is if they’ve done a review. If they haven’t, there’s no point, they could have 500 recs but likely some glaring error. I always offer to give their app a quick once over myself.
Nah. I got the invite a month after first applying. Zero app reviews. Zero fix it emails. Just be accurate, complete, and thorough. It isn't hard, but it does take a while.
