Agreed. Every “fix it” email is another opportunity that could’ve been an assessment invite, which is another class ahead of you in the hiring wave.
It’s not a guarantee you won’t get a call, but I chuckle at people cheaping out on a few hundred bucks and not getting a review. That’s a pretty silly regret to have if you never get the call/get it later than you would have.

Its like the whole college degree thing, sure it’s not required anywhere, but it certainly helps.
Everybody is coming out of the woodwork to say they didn’t need the app review, but again, we have 14,000+ pilots, I would strongly assume 90-95% of the guys we’ve hired post-merger have had a professional review, especially in the pre COVID hiring world. While we’re hiring 200/month, paying a little bit to get in just a month earlier would be more than worth it to me. It’s your seniority number for the rest of your life.
