Its like the whole college degree thing, sure it’s not required anywhere, but it certainly helps.

Everybody is coming out of the woodwork to say they didn’t need the app review, but again, we have 14,000+ pilots, I would strongly assume 90-95% of the guys we’ve hired post-merger have had a professional review, especially in the pre COVID hiring world. While we’re hiring 200/month, paying a little bit to get in just a month earlier would be more than worth it to me. It’s your seniority number for the rest of your life.
