It was really poorly worded. He's saying anyone here a year has the 1 year seatlock taken care of it their aircraft is not in DTW and could bid for 350 now and is also saying that a lot of pilots forgot what secondary vacancies were and never contemplated a 350 bid on last AE but may have one in now.
