Put my app out just to see what would happen. Sure enough got invited to take the personality assessment then invited for a in person interview. I’m 3000TT, with no TPIC and no college degree. But I do have a Bus type. Are they really hiring guys with no degree and no TPIC? I got some interview prep and all. Just dont wanna go in and get my hopes up and get shot down without a degree
