Recently flew with a CA at my regional that said DL/UA/AA were black listing some pilots that jumped to a LCC/ULCC in an attempt to get around flows and get hired at a legacy quicker. Anyone else heard of anything like this?
Sounds like a regional CA justifying to himself why he isn't making a move himself.
