That BoD meeting was a CF. I’m not sure I heard a completed, coherent thought throughout the series of videos. They just say words, sometimes louder and sometimes softer.
And from what I took away from the motion to remove two NC individuals the members are unhappy with, some of the BoD reps were saying we’ve stuck with them so long so why get rid of them now? That’s the temporal version of sunk cost, and it makes no sense if the desires of your constituents have changed.
Also, they’re all aware the APA members are unhappy with the amount of Premium pickup and lack of progress both with NC and BoD…and they don’t care! Time to clean slate.
The slate gets changed next month anyway.
The NC works from the direction of the BOD-explains a lot.
I think those that are not happy with the direction of negotiations are going to be happy because I think there is going to be plenty of time to change it.
