At this point I don't want an agreement until United or Delta (or even SWA) has one first so APA can see for themselves that they have been down the wrong path during the only semi-real pilot shortage we have had. We have such a turd with ZERO QOL improvements for anybody under 25 years seniority or not out on LTD and a pay increase that is laughable compared to the percentage increases we have seen across the industry.
