Like your previous post you’re infatuated with the dollar amount. There’s a lot more to a good contract than the pay rate. Also, the snap up probably won’t come into play because of the negotiating pace at the other 5 airlines.

If there is a silver lining, it's that never again can the company argue during future negotiations that they're unwilling/can't afford to give us payrates on par with the big 4.
