And frankly it’s the only thing that still is marketable for this place. You are correct. I like around 1000 of us are golden handcuffed. If I was younger I would have been gone. The earnings difference over a career is staggering. I will give you my advice as an old timer. This place will always kinda suck and not taking advantage of the hired going on now is a huge mistake.
