The only carrier that I’m aware of that got paid for transition drops with line bidding was NK. They gave that up in thier last agreement. As far as vac and training drops that go away in a pbs world. As long as your able to capture the same historical average or better credit for those drops with pbs language you’ll at worst be even and possibly ahead. But to answer the question I believe Alaska did have to get back to a minimum credit by the end of the bid period.
