For the X-hundredth time, and to anyone who’s worried that this or that didn’t happen within Y-weeks of when you thought it was supposed to happen: that is not how jetblue works. If you can’t be very patient, or if you’re OCD about timeliness and recordkeeping, this is not going to be your happy place.
If by “phase 2 email” you mean the one that says you’ve made it into phase 2, you got the job; congratulations. The background check that makes it official potentially takes many weeks. Mine took months. I can’t stress patience enough to people coming here.
