I don’t think the naysayers understand just how bad some of the work rules and schedules over there were. They got all that fixed or significantly improved plus - scope, where they had none before. And their pay, while probably not a raise accounting for inflation, is higher than anyone else. Except an Envoy check airman of course. Yeah, their work rules were the worst bar none. Pre covid We had Alaska captains coming over to f9. At first I thought they were nuts until they explained the work rules. I’m happy for them.
