It's the longest interview in the regional world, and some folks think that it's the hardest because it is thorough.

Try to find RECENT gouge online.

Generally, the sim will be in a Frasca or an ATC (Frasca is pretty squirely). You can get SKW-specific sim prep in SLC and at SNA. I can dig up the guy's info at SNA if you need it.

Generally, the interview will cover systems and regs specific to your current job, but Jepp plates for sure. Make sure you know the stuff you're SUPPOSED to know for your current job (theory, regs, systems). I have heard rumors of CFI's getting asked about RJ systems, but I'm not sure I buy that because it makes no sense...unless they want to see how you react in a bad situation. If I were put in that position, I would simply say that I have no RJ training or experience and can't really address it. If you're not turbine-savy, maybe read the Turbine Pilots Flight Manual to learn some basics. It's available at pilot shops or online.

They will look at your logbook and ask the usual HR type questions.
