Once you complete IOE they will build you a reserve line and you will be lucky to get more than two or three days off in a row. In a junior base with lots of movement you might hold a line quickly, but you still won’t get vacation within the first year. You will probably only get one week of vacation after 12 months of employment that you might be able to combine with a few days off on either side if you are lucky.
not exactly as Mesa will let you buy a week of vacation that you can use whenever you can manage to get it awarded (after IOE). March is gonna be tough though.
