not exactly as Mesa will let you buy a week of vacation that you can use whenever you can manage to get it awarded (after IOE). March is gonna be tough though.
Have to sign up for that during open enrollment. But yeah if she starts in November it may work. Huge gamble though. Probably will not be done with training.
