I would not consider any regional to be a "safe" career destination for the next decade. Maybe things will settle down after the retirements wind down and the industry will return to some sort of equilibrium with the regional model.

Skywest is about as safe it gets, they're big enough that if they're going to fail you'll probably see it far enough out to react.

LCC's will pretty desperate soon enough, I'd shoot for that.
