The PWA is fairly clear on co-terminal bases. Technically, every pilot based in NYC, regardless of equipment, has to cover all 3 NYC airports.
Right, and I’d just rather split EWR into a separate base, like JB. By and large people who want LGA/JFK don’t want to go to EWR, and Vice versa.
