It's a captain who is so far off the reservation that he would probably deal in lizard person conspiracies. They probably don't drink water because the cans give you cancer, definitely have tape over their EFB cameras, and if you look away long enough, you may see them lick their own eye for moisture.
They try to do it by the book and and pretty laid back, though.
LOL.... There was a Capt in MCO (who retired in the the last year or so) that was referred to as the "reptilian alien". Some folks are 100% convinced that there is no possible way that he is human. There's another one who's still around that I suspect came from the same planet. Maybe even arrived on the same ship. ;-) Both were on the AB list.
