Here is a thought MGMT PUKES raise the pay and maybe you will get more applicants. It amazes me these idiots running things will do ANYTHING they can to keep pay down, makes me sick. They would rather lower hiring requirements and compromise safety just to save money. This should be all over the news.
This proves that there is not shortage of pilots, but rather a shortage of highly qualified pilots willing to work for said wages. As long as there are people willing to accept this type of work/pay ratio, there is zero incentive for management to ever raise the wages to attract higher time applicants.
