Air Wisconsin may be union but it looks like their FO pay is $60/hr for years 1-8; they want you to upgrade for a raise. SkyWest pays $90/hr for first year FO, $93/hr for second year, and it goes up from there.

I think SkyWest is more likely to survive the regional captain shortage than Air Wisconsin because of the size of the company. I would highly recommend choosing an airline where you can drive to a pilot base or one where you don’t mind moving to one of their pilot bases. Or choose a place that gives you the earliest class date where you can expect to fly the most to get the hours to move on.
