I’m senior to Zap, and his musings are sobering…especially the FO requal bit. You really have to retrain as an FO if you self-downgrade?!!! To control my training month, I was thinking of upgrading to the left seat and then next month bidding back to FO and clicking the lance box. Would this really trigger an FO schoolhouse trip? F that. No way.
