I remember that now. I think that was the one test that validated the position held prior to it and since.

Only a full standalone base will be allowed for the reason you cited and more.

Side note, the company was pushing for PBS long before it came to be in the post 9/11 world and BK carnage. Our answer was we will consider it……answer no.

And here we are. PBS is here to stay.
