I haven't been tested and don't have a diagnosis, but I'm wondering if there are any Class 1 Medical holders here that have Lupus. Should this happen to me down the road, I'm wondering what I can expect. I'm a current mil guy desiring to transition to the majors eventually.

Referencing the AME Guide, it simply says "Submit all pertinent medical information and current status report," and "Requires FAA Decision." Seems pretty broad, but has anyone been able to keep their medical if symptoms are controlled? I'm not sure if any of the prescribed medications would be disqualifying.
