1) I like the CRJ type rating $5,000 bonus...like a captain from another regional is going to give up their seniority and better pay to go there.
2) No one is below Mesa's mins. Last I heard they were accepting Microsoft Flight Sim time anyway But seriously, I had a friend hired there with a commercial instrument and a tad over 250.
