But then again, anything to prevent 150% pay, to include paying 300% of the trip guarantee to avoid premium is fairly common practice.

At my last CQT leader’s briefing I specifically asked the management rep to give a range for SWA’s staffing level target per airplane. He immediately interrupted my question, stopped talking rainbows and unicorns and filibustered for 60 seconds. He then left post haste.
