I think this thread got off topic, we shouldn’t be talking about how awesome QOL is for line holding captains in base (it’s really good!) If some one coming to spirit now could expect that in 3 years, then yes it would be relevant, but I don’t think any new hire can expect that. It’s going to be a long time to upgrade and hold a line as Capt. for new hires, much longer than most airlines.
