And why would the company agree to having unavailable reserves for an additional 48 hours. Reserve definitely could use some improvements. Make it a true long call (16+ hours), limit the number of SC conversions, or make it a separate PBS bid of LC vs SC or FSB lines (if FSB isnt eliminated- we used to have them and they were popular), more days off, etc…..
i could get onboard with dedicated lines:
- true long call line, cannot be converted to SC or FSB
- all short call line with more days off than today (maybe 2-3) but with same monthly pay. Option to convert to FSB at pilots discretion for some add pay
in addition, there should be computer trading of reserve days with some BDWD logic.
