CJ pay
Getting ready to talk about a pay raise with H.R. I wonder if anyone has suggestions where to find some concrete info I can present to make my case. Specifically for me its a CJ2+. 2 pilot crew (me and the chief pilot). I fly as captain about 40% and S.I.C. the rest of the time. No defined days off, but no real short notice call out. One month 15-20 days then 4 the next. I get vacation, but can’t seem to get approval to take it. Thanks.
