WN is 15 days off. 2 hr callout. Guarantee of 6/day. If called out the trips lays what it’s worth or 6.5 per day. So if called out for a 2 day, you’d get paid 13 which is 1 more than the rsv guarantee of 12. So you’d be guaranteed 91 for the month ( you get paid more than guarantee when called out).

if not called you can pick up on days off and that also goes above guarantee.

There’s some caveats but if you get moved up the day after (given a 2 day and on day 2 they call with an earlier show) that whole day pays 1.5x. If they add flying to your day, anything past the original finish time pays 1.5x.
