you are correct..but we stopped because we are way overstaffed(200 or so)....we had planned on about 300 retirements in the next 2 years and with the age change all of the sudden crew planning was in a bind....reserve guys fly very little and the company has also said it will
not furlough....but we did net almost 400 million last quarter...
