As flyguy81 mentioned, at SWA, you'll make more than guarantee the instant you're called out, and if you get rerouted while on the road or otherwise messed with, you'll make substantially more than guarantee. In other words, if you're starting a month with 90 TFP, it's not uncommon to finish the month with around 120 TFP and seen it as high as 145 TFP without picking up anything on your days off.
Re-routes just aren’t that common here, nor would they have an affect on your pay in the same manner that they would at SWA for lineholders or reserves.
For most people, the reserve rules are bad enough that only very junior people do it and on a NB only for a short time nowadays, if at all. After that, that it’s a choice to sit reserve again through upgrades or changing fleets.
