In other words, someone on a day off can take your trip off of you and extra fly it for straight time (fairly common when there was no premium being doled out), and regardless you're still on the hook for your RAP start even if you have a trip assigned later - in other words, you'd have to commute to be in for your RAP regardless of the current trip assignment. And speaking of RAP's, our AM blocks start at 0300 to 1700 for AM reserves, or 1100-0100 for PM reserves. I understand you guys have different start times? And also I understand your global reserve is completely different from domestic too, right?
In fairness, it's 6 TFP which loosely translated is 5.22 per hour. To roughly convert our TFP rates to 'per hour', you divide TFP value by 1.149.
UA has long call of 12 hours, but often you are converted to short call or even field standby, especially on the NB fleet.
