For those that are really pushing for schedule improvements, are you quietly hoping that we could go back to what we had before the optimizer? I’m not sure if that’s a realistic expectation…
My personal opinion, the only way we can intelligently negotiate scheduling improvements is to buy our own “optimizer” software so we can run historical schedules and see what work rules produce the results desired. Without doing that we are just ****ing into the wind.
