Blame.
I’ll mention a few things things that I hope
new folks can ponder. Not PSA specific.
1). Glass time ( scan ) is a very important prediction on how well you initially perform in CRJ sim.
2). Relentless study prior to training. Flows callouts. You do not have time to learn once ‘IN’ 121 sim training ( usually an aggressive schedule).
3). Some instructors are better than others. you play with the cards dealt (within reason). Put personalities aside, all business.
4). It’s not for everybody. Some people don’t find this out until well invested in this career.
5). If you make mistakes. Own them. If you need help, ask for it. Don’t turn the exercise into blaming a company/ instructor/ weather / etc. for where you are. Usually it come from a lack of personal responsibility for the material.
6). There is an end, keep your eye on the prize.
121 programs are generally the same. Been through a couple regional / 1 major. Good luck.
