Ehhh, as a single seat guy, airline ops are stupid easy. I don’t really think a single seat person should avoid anything solely because they didn’t fly a multi-crewed plane in the mil.
True. However, if you are a long time WB FO and plan on upgrading, you aren't as good as you think you are. Going to the 320 or even the ER (and flying a lot) be a really good idea. If your don't, there is a really good chance you suck at airline ops.
