Three or four restaurant options in the hotel, which, being that we are not recieving per-diem during training, isn't exactly cost effective. Hoping someone can give me some pointers and suggestions on some options for cost-effective food options during training. Unfortunately a PBJ and a bag of Lays will only suffice for lunch, but for dinner I need something somewhat filling (training for a Denali summit causes one to eat a lot)...and knowing how new-hire training goes, I don't foresee myself having the time or energy to hunt down food every night. I've been in airline training (regional) but had the luxury of a kitchenette in my room..

Thanks in advance! Beyond excited to be here.
Make friends with someone with a car, load up the mini fridge with food from a grocery store. Eat from the room for breakfast, bring lunch to the training center. Eat out for dinner…again…make friends with someone who drove.
