Yes I am aware. I’m based in ORD. I see the constant junior CA upgrades coming in below me. Most coming in aren’t based anywhere near ORD and are commuting for essentially no reason for 2-3 months when they get canned to FL. THAT ASPECT is stupid. Again I’m aware of the CBA. As Cinco said it’s gonna cost em which is good - so there is that. And as the union stated, none of this realignment is going to help make CS answer phones r the company in whole do anything better lol. I commute and very well would expect my voluntary displacement (to help a local junior folk) to happen for $2500.
