I’m just saying the NMB has learned their lesson and will not be making the same mistake again: releasing the parties from mediation. They did it with the railroads thinking Biden Admin would get a deal done and be the hero. But nobody knew just how fed up the tank and file membership was when they rejected the PEB’s recommendations.
NMB won’t let any of us get to that point. No releases will be coming for the next decade is my guess.
so your proof for your assertion that we will never get released is that the railroads, with a far larger impact on the economy, were nearly released.
