i absolutely concur that we need a strike vote immediately with a high participation rate. For the life of me, I cannot figure out why this has not already occurred.
Perhaps the union and company are closer than we realize to a deal? I say that with no preconceived notion that its true, but if they are getting close throwing out a strike authorization vote might sour the water.
