They need a pay raise for their current growth PLANS, but they have many times before been more than happy to defer deliveries, and slow growth in the past.

If they can't get the 7/1/1 they want, they might just as well prefer to slow growth vs pay pilots. Wouldn't surprise me.

Like I said, I will have to SEE them change their stripes to believe they are no longer a tiger.
