I realize you're new. Welcome to Southwest. I see you're yet to learn that this company doesn't care about you nor do they LUV you an ounce beyond of what's spelled out in our CBA. Learn it, accept it, support your union, wear your SWAPA lanyard, and accept nothing short of industry-leading contract in every aspect.
I am under no false pretense of what the company wants, this is my third airline gig with union representation. I was just stating that maybe they are closer, maybe they are not. I am new here so not trying too stray off course right now, but I wear the lanyard, love the union so far and expect a an industry leading contract, so we are on the same page with all of that.
